Sanctuary Wellness Co is a mental health counseling practice dedicated to providing compassionate therapy to teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. We embrace the powerful belief that you are not alone. One of our core strengths lies in the transformative impact of group therapy. Initial Consultation
As a new client, we kindly ask that you schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This will allow us to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have about our practice. Once all paperwork is complete, Sanctuary Wellness Co will schedule your appointment or consultation.

Insurance/Cancellation Policy
At Sanctuary Wellness Co, we operate on a private pay basis and do not contract directly with insurance companies, which classifies us as "out-of-network." However, many health insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that can help cover a portion of your outpatient psychotherapy costs. These benefits allow you the flexibility to choose your therapist. Typically, after you meet your deductible, most insurance plans reimburse between 75-80% of the session fee. We provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to clarify the specifics of your out-of-network coverage and to determine how much of your psychotherapy costs may be reimbursed.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the total cost. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to contact@sanctuarywellnessco.com.
