How much do you charge for sessions?
Our fees range from $75 to $300 per session, depending on the type of service provided.
Do you accept insurance?
No. While we does not directly participate with insurance companies, our services are often eligible for reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits. After meeting a deductible, many insurance plans reimburse 75-80% of the fee, allowing you to choose your therapist. Some plans limit the number of sessions or the dollar amount reimbursable each year, typically without requiring treatment authorization. It is important to confirm your mental health coverage with your insurance provider to ensure reimbursement.
To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we ask for a credit card to secure your appointment. Please note that all services are billed directly to you after the appointment has been completed. Upon payment, you will receive a superbill containing all necessary information for insurance claims, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our team can assist in this process and will provide the necessary billing and diagnosis codes for your claims.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, FSA, HSA or all major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% of the session's cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Does your office have onsite parking?
Yes. There is a lot in front of the building and a large lot behind the building.
Where is your office located for an in-person session?
If you have an in-person session, our office is located on the 2nd floor at 250 Main Street in Madison, New Jersey. Please enter through the Hollenbach Family Chiropractic entrance at the front of the building. Upon entering, the stairs to our office will be on your right. Please check in at the front desk, and they will be happy to assist you.
Are you licensed in the state of New Jersey?
Yes. All Sanctuary Wellness Co therapists maintain a current license in the state of New Jersey.
Can I meet with my therapist in person?
Our therapists offer both virtual and in-person sessions. In-person appointments are held at 250 Main Street, Madison, NJ.
How do virtual sessions work?
After finishing the consultation and intake process, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access and use our secure, HIPAA-compliant video teletherapy platform, SimplePractice.
How many sessions will I need?
We believe in the principle, "Patience leads to progress." Treatment duration may vary based on the severity of symptoms, adversity faced, session frequency, and readiness for change.
